Tele-Agents with great, upbeat and friendly phone voice needed for political advocacy calls! No selling or appointment setting is involved! You must be a US citizen and speak fluent English with no accent!

Work Terms: Tele-Agent must be able to work flexible hours. Calling hours are in Central Standard Time, Monday through Saturday. Tele-Agent must be able to work 6 days a week. Tele-Agent must be able to maintain a quiet work environment at all times during working hours, with no background noise. Hours are as follows: Mon- Fri 3pm to 9pm CST, and Sat 10am to 3pm (additional hours may be available). NO EXCEPTIONS!

Experience:6 months to 1 year call center experience is preferred, but all applicants will be considered.

Hourly Wage:   $10.00 an hour. You are being hired as an Independent Contractor.

Hardware Requirements for PC: 

  • Tele-Agent must have a newer PC with a Windows operating system, Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher, Vista or Windows 7.  Mac users may also apply (additional testing may be needed to confirm compatibility)
  • Tele-Agent must have a USB headset (an analog headset may suffice depending on your sound card).
  • Tele-Agent must have a broadband Internet connection (cable Internet or DSL; satellite and air card connections ARE NOT supported).
  • Google Chrome Browser, Gmail
  • Updated Version of Adobe flash player

Paper Work: The clients you will be working for are professional campaign managers, and they have been doing this for many years; therefore, everything has to be done in compliance with federal laws and tax regulations. There are a few forms that you will be required to fill out, sign and send back before you send your first invoice.  All Paper work will be sent to you by email once you have been interviewed and hired.

  • NDA- Non Disclosure Agreement-This for us to know that you will not go to another candidate and give out information about us or the candidate that you are working for.
  • Phone etiquette Form- This form describes how to speak on the phone positively and maintain a pleasant demeanor, and what to do and not to do while you are on the phone. By signing it, you acknowledge that you understand and will comply with the required phone etiquette.
  • W9 to get a 1099 for Taxes- You will need to sign this for taxes purposes.  This form also confirms that you are a legal citizen of the United States and that you understand that you have been hired as an Independent Contractor. 

Other Information:

Tele-Agent will be logging into the client’s CRM, and you will be monitored. You will be required to run their application at a specified time, and no other applications may be run simultaneously (unless approved by the manager).  You will be given more information about the client, the campaign, the hours and the duration of the campaign once you are interviewed and hired.
